We’re here to ensure your satisfaction! If you decide to cancel a service within 24 hours, your refund will be processed automatically, in line with our cancellation policy. Please note that gift cards are a wonderful way to treat yourself or someone special, but they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. For your health and well being please disclose at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, recent injury or health conditions. As certain treatments may need to be adapted, or you may need to check with a medical professional that a treatment is safe for you.

By disclosing this information prior to arrival we can make the necessary checks to ensure your safety during your visit, failure to disclose the information prior to your appointment may result in us not being able to do your treatment.
