CANCELLATION POLICY


We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

Any treatment cancelled with less than 48hours until your appointment, but more than 24 hours, will incur a 50% charge, any treatment cancelled with under 24 hours notice will incur the full charge of the booking without exception.

Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened accordingly.


HEALTH PROBLEMS / ALLERGIES


For your health and well being please disclose at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, recent injury or health conditions. As certain treatments may need to be adapted, or you may need to check with a medical professional that a treatment is safe for you.


By disclosing this information prior to arrival we can make the necessary checks to ensure your safety during your visit, failure to disclose the information prior to your appointment may result in us not being able to do your treatment.


Balance Beauty Spa Cannot be held responsible for any adverse/allergic reactions or injuries that have not been disclosed prior to any treatments.


Transfer Policy: Once purchased (whether online, on the phone or made at a clinic), treatments/services cannot be transferred to another individual.


Pre‐paid packages for a specific treatment area cannot be transferred to another treatment area.
